About Event Series "Career Path"

We are facing a world of increasing demand for performance, fierce competition, accelerating change, and uncertainty about the future. The key is powerful leadership. The members of the Wirtschaftsjunioren have successfully implemented various leadership techniques in many cross-cultural teams and organizations. This seminar series on leadership for the most part provides descriptions of traits, styles, characteristics, theories, techniques, information, and strategies on how to lead your team and organization.

  • Registration and payment upfront is mandatory. Please register first and you will receive an Email including payment instructions within two days.
  • The session can be attended at the AHK offices or online via the live stream on ZOOM. Paid participants will receive a confirmation mail including login link (zoom) and access information for the seminar before January 19 , 4 PM.

    Anne Babilon-Teubenbacher is senior manager at CPC Consulting (Beijing) Co., Ltd., daughter company of the leading German change management consultancy CPC AG and ‘Hidden Champion for Change Management and Implementation’ in 2018/2019 and 2020/2021. Anne has almost 15 years of consulting experience. She is an expert in designing leading practise organizations, conducting transformations and changes as well as traditional and agile project management. Her latest achievement is the development and launch of the new standard for Change Management certification, Certified Associate in Change Management certified by TÜV Rheinland.
    Anne is a multi-lingual versatile professional, who lived, studied and worked in various countries. Her expertise shows profound knowledge of the Chinese market, its’ related challenges as well as opportunities.
    In her personal life, Anne bakes wonderful homemade, German-style cheesecakes, which she bakes for the international community and Chinese friends. It is not surprising that her core beliefs are - never stop learning and stay curious.

The Wirtschaftsjunioren Beijing are part of the German Chamber of Commerce in China | North China and a group of young managers and entrepreneurs of different industry backgrounds and nationalities with a long-term interest in China. The Wirtschaftsjunioren | Young Leaders Beijing provides a networking and learning platform for young entrepreneurs and managers, who are interested in developing their professional skills, expanding their network, broadening their personal knowledge and sharing their experiences.

The Wirtschaftsjunioren | Young Leaders are the German arm of the Junior Chamber International. The Wirtschaftsjunioren Beijing Chapter is guided by the principles of the Wirtschaftsjunioren Germany.

Our Organization is managed in working groups with predefined topics to ensure the coverage of all relevant topics.
