LEAN management has been successfully implemented in manufacturing environments since many years, but for non-production areas such as Sales, Procurement, Quality, Admin, HR, Finance and so on, LEAN is also an efficient tool to improve your admin work processes. This training course will introduce the methods of LEAN Administration for non-production areas and will discuss how to identify, analyze and improve the work processes to create a more efficient and optimized working environment.
