Training Introduction】


TheDISC theory is one of the most widely used human behavior classification methods in the world, and an important part of behavior style theory. The course is derived from the course simulation system of DISCUS, a human behavior style analyzer developed by AXIOM in the United Kingdom, and has now unfolded into one of the most widely used assessment systems. Currently:

  • Used by more than 50 million people in 84 countries around the world
  • The only DISC designated by the Hong Kong Education Bureau for the training of school principals for evaluation
