The efficient analysis and controlling of purchasing and material cost might be the most important task in any company´s procurement department. But how to achieve transparent purchasing cost? And how to negotiate reasonable pricing to achieve a win-win situation with the suppliers, without directly bargaining and damaging the relationship with suppliers?
This technical workshop is designed to support purchasing managers, cost controllers, supervisors, managers and related engineers etc., by systematically understanding the purchasing cost analysis and the use of relevant tools, so as to realize transparent purchasing cost and achieving the target of purchasing cost reduction.
