The efficient analysis and controlling of purchasing and material cost might be the most important task in any company´s procurement department. But how to achieve transparent purchasing cost? And how to negotiate reasonable pricing to achieve a win-win situation with the suppliers, without directly bargaining and damaging the relationship with suppliers?

采购成本分析、成本管理是采购人员工作的重中之重。如何能使采购成本变得透明? 如何获取合理价格实现双赢,并且避免直接杀价及伤害供应商关系?

This technical workshop is designed to support purchasing managers, cost controllers, supervisors, managers and related engineers etc., by systematically understanding the purchasing cost analysis and the use of relevant tools, so as to realize transparent purchasing cost and achieving the target of purchasing cost reduction.


Through a combination of case studies and the introduction of practical methods, trainees will not only learn the basic theories, but also know how to apply the tools to tackle the real problems that they are facing on a daily basis in their companies.
