In early 2016, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation jointly announced the amended administrative approval measures (Guokefahuo [2016] No. 32) for High and New Technology Enterprises (HNTE) which allows a reduction of the corporate income tax (CIT) from 25% to 15% under certain conditions.

What is the accounting and tax related policies? How to setup of accounts and bookkeeping according to the requirements of relevant policies? To what extent do accounting and documentation processes have to be adapted?

The purpose of this breakfast seminar is to answer these questions by explaining important guidelines and making suggestions for the adjustment of accounting. In addition, the description of internal control and documentation processes will be explained. The aim of this seminar is to provide a guideline for the setup of accounts and bookkeeping process as an HNTE including necessary information. During the event, following main topics will be covered:
