By achieving a short throughput time of products as well as the elimination of work-in-progress and all kind of waste, the efficiency of every production system will be improved remarkably. In this training you will learn about the fundamentals of one-piece-flow and the design of highly efficient assembly systems.
Cardboard engineering is a tool of creativity and design which is used for innovative operating processes. Through professional process analysis you will learn how to optimize the value added chain and implement minimizing waste of working systems.

Participants attending this training will learn how to:
• Obtain ideas which can be directly implemented into practice with "Learning by doing"
• Balancing the production line according to "Tact time"
• Construction of optimized work environments with cardboard engineering
• Simulate new solutions to top management & colleagues to win their support

In addition, we invite you to attend this hands-on training to also obtain insights in production processes of Turck Technologies in Tianjin, to see and discuss the practical implementation in a real manufacturing environment.
